Privacy Policy

Version 2026-09-13

Draft — pending legal review. This page is not yet final legal text.

This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Global Ventures, operating as Rushido (“Rushido”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the Rushido websites, mobile applications and services (the “Platform”). It applies to account holders, company and franchise staff, franchise applicants, and visitors to our public pages. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and identity information you provide when registering: name, email address, mobile phone, home address, date of birth, the type and number of a government identity document, and where required by the country you select, the last four digits of a Social Security or national identification number.
  • Identity verification results. Verification is performed by Stripe Identity. Stripe collects the document images and selfie directly; we receive the verification status, the session identifier and any failure reason, not the images themselves.
  • Business information entered into a company, franchise business or branch workspace: legal and trade names, registration and tax identifiers, addresses, documents, logos and branding, staff records, products, orders, inventory, finance and operational data.
  • Franchise application information: the details you submit when applying to a company, uploaded documents, agreement signatures, and the progress of your application.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store payment identifiers, subscription status, invoices and the last digits or brand of a payment method when Stripe provides them; we never store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, pages and features used, timestamps, and error logs.
  • Consent records: which version of our terms you accepted, when, and from which IP address and device.
  • Communications you send us, and push-notification tokens if you enable notifications in the mobile app.

2. How we use information

  • to create and secure your account and verify your identity where required;
  • to provide the Platform: run workspaces, process orders, store documents, deliver notifications and support;
  • to bill subscriptions and fees and to prevent fraud;
  • to route a franchise application to the company you chose and to let that company review it;
  • to publish the public information a company chooses to show in the franchise directory and on its company page;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms;
  • to improve, monitor and secure the Platform.

3. How information is shared

  • Between users, as the Platform is designed to work. When you apply to a company, that company receives your application, identity-verification status and the documents you submit. Members of a workspace see the business data in that workspace according to their role and permissions. Rushido is not responsible for how another user handles information it lawfully receives through the Platform.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments, identity verification), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Apple and Google (app distribution and push notifications). They may process data only to provide their services to us.
  • Public pages. A company that enables franchise recruitment appears in the public directory with the name, logo, business type, city and country it provides, and may publish a public company page.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order or lawful request, to protect rights, safety or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account and business data for as long as the account or workspace exists and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and dispute-resolution obligations. Consent records and signed agreements are retained for the period required to evidence them. You can request deletion as described below.

5. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, row-level data isolation between businesses, and monitoring. Sensitive identity fields are restricted to the workflows that need them. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update most account information in your profile settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page; we may need to verify your identity first. Where information was shared with a company you applied to, that company is a separate controller of its copy, and requests about it should also be directed to that company.

7. Children

The Platform is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. International use

The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your active workspace. See the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new version number and, where required, notified to you or presented for renewed acceptance.

11. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the contact page. [Postal address / data-protection contact to be added by counsel.]
